In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, all hotel establishments in Spain are legally required to register and communicate the identity data of their guests to the Ministry of the Interior via the official platform SES.HOSPEDAJES. This measure aims to enhance public security and prevent illegal activities.

Signature of the Registration Form

All guests over 14 years of age are required to complete their personal information and sign the registration form.
For minors under 14 years of age, the data must be provided by the accompanying adult, who must also indicate the relationship.

Data Protection

The information collected will be used exclusively to fulfill the applicable legal obligations and will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data will be retained for a period of three years from the end of the contracted service or provision.
